Cash gate @ region is available $10. 12 and older. All current members of High School Cross Country team.are.free.with shool provided jersey on.

There will be no warm ups on course due to layout of course. Teams can report to start line at 1st call. We have a warm up course located behind start line approx 1/2 mile loop.If you have an athlete that needs an inhaler you are required to bring a completed copy of XC120 KHSAA form to regional meet for referee.
